Stefan Schneider, Caleb Suderman and Ramsay Fehr were the big winners tonight at the Flyers year-end banquet, as they each took home two awards, while Dayn Belfour, Jordan Peters, Nick Lazorko and Jared McIntosh also laid claim to some hardware.
Schneider, who had already secured the Top Scorer Award by virtue of the 84 points he accumulated through the regular season, also collected Most Valuable Player honours.
Suderman was named the Flyers Top Defenseman and shared Rookie of the Year honours with fellow rookie Nick Lazorko.
Fehr and McIntosh were named co-winners of the Top Defensive Forward Award, while Fehr also received the Coaches Award.
Finally, the Playoff MVP Award was shared by Belfour and Peters.
The banquet was also an opportunity to bid farewell to the ten graduating players. Schneider, Fehr, McIntosh, Brian Whitehead, Tyler Bram, Michael Falk, Nate Breden, Ryan McIntosh, Nat Howard and Alex North were each presented with their jersey in appreciation of their contributions to the team.
