Defenseman CJ Corazzin (99) is the newest member of the Winkler Flyers blueline, after signing with the club this week. The 6’0”, 170lbs Langley, B.C. product recorded 17 points (2 goals – 15 assists) and 65 penalty minutes in 41 regular season games with the Kamloops Storm (KIJHL) last season.
“The decision to come to Winkler was simple for me,” said Corazzin.
“It’s a great hockey town with unbelievable people from what I hear. I am excited to start this new chapter of my hockey career in Winkler and hopefully bring a championship to these deserving fans”.
Corazzin is smooth skating, puck moving defenseman who will offer some offence from the back end. Prior to last season, the 18 year old played for the Burnaby Winter Club and suited up for the Coquitlam Express (BCHL) as a 16 year old.
The Flyers would like to officially welcome CJ and his family to the Flyers organization and look forward to seeing him on the ice this fall.
