The Winkler Flyers are pleased to announce the signings of F Matty Harrold (01) and D Campbell Ens (01) for the 2019-2020 season. Harrold played last season with the Pilot Mound Hockey Academy Buffaloes (CSSVHL), while Ens was a member of the Pembina Valley Hawks AAA Midget team.
“We are excited to add these two local Manitoba kids to our team next year and are really looking forward to seeing them on the ice this fall,” said Flyers General Manager Jeff Jeanson.
Harrold is a 5’10”, 165lbs forward from Lorette, Manitoba and played 24 regular season games with the Buffaloes last season, wracking up 49 points (28 Goals – 21 Assists) to go along with eight points in four playoff games. He also had one goal in six games played with the Flyers last season.
Ens is a 6’1”, 170lbs defenseman from Carman, Manitoba and had 18 points (2 Goals – 16 Assists) in 44 games played with the Hawks. He also had four points in three playoff games.
The Flyers would like to officially welcome Matty and Campbell to the Flyers organization and look forward to seeing them on the ice this fall.
