Winkler Flyers hold Community Night to support Hockey Gives Blood initiative

WHAT:                     Hockey Gives Blood, a non-profit organization formed in the wake of the Humboldt tragedy, has partnered with Canadian Blood Services to create awareness among the hockey community of the importance of blood and stem cell donation.

Winkler Flyers will support the Hockey Gives Blood initiative by hold a Hockey Gives Blood Community Night on Tuesday February 5. Milestone donor Jim Thiessen, who just made his 188 donation will be recognized at the game.
