Curriculum

Each day combines Hockey Canada’s 5 core skills: skating, stickhandling, passing, shooting, and checking. Participants will work on skating at the start of each session while the goalies receive personalized attention.

Goalies

Goalies get personalized attention at the start of each practice from a goalie instructor. Drills involving skaters are also designed with goalies' needs in mind.

FAQ's

How much does it cost?
$120.

Is full equipment required?
Yes! High performance requires high performing equipment. This is a fun yet challenging week that includes plenty of competition. Participation will not be permitted without proper certified gear.

Are jerseys provided?
Yep.

Unfortunately we have a family trip to Hawaii that week that we can't get out of. Do you have other development options coming up?
We sure do. You can attend the High Performance Hockey School August 17th - 21st, Elite Positional Skills in the last two weeks of August, Skills & Scrimmage in early September to get ready for tryouts, or another secret option we can't tell you about yet. Those options aren't ready for registration quite yet.
