The Winkler Flyers wrapped up their Main Camp over the weekend, with a full schedule of fitness testing, practices and competitive games as players battled for an opportunity to earn a spot with the team.
Friday kicked off the weekend with fitness testing before players hit the ice for their first practices of camp. The day finished with two games, giving players their first opportunity to showcase their skills in a competitive setting.
Saturday featured a full day of on-ice competition. With teams playing both a morning and afternoon game, players were tested throughout the day as the pace and intensity of camp continued to build.
The weekend concluded with a pair of Orange vs. White games, giving the coaching staff one final look at the players in a competitive game environment.
With Main Camp now in the books, the Flyers coaching staff will begin evaluating the weekend and making decisions as the team prepares for the start of the 2026-27 season.
