Captain Nolan McGuire has been named the Winkler Flyers – Manitoba Liquor and Lotteries player of the month for December. The Winkler native recorded seven points in seven games last month and leads the Flyers with 24 goals scored. He is also tied for the MJHL lead with 11 power-play goals.
