The Winkler Flyers have completed a trade that will see them acquire 2003 Forward Jakob Jones from the Swan Valley Stampeders in exchange for a Player Development Fee and Future Considerations.
Jones scored 30 goals and and 42 assists in the 2022-23 season with the Stampeders. This year so far he has 11 goals and 9 assists in 27 games played.
