The Winkler Flyers have traded 1999 born forward Cole Kirkup to the Humboldt Broncos (SJHL) in exchange for Future Considerations (PDF). The Souris, MB native had yet to record a point through three games this season and had 21 points (12 Goals – 9 Assists) and 153 penalty minutes in 66 total games played in an Orange and Black uniform.
Kirkup began his Junior Hockey career in the Saskatchewan Junior Hockey League with the Notre Dame Hounds in the 2016-2017 season.
