Tyler Hildebrand named Winkler Flyers Director of Marketing and Game Day Operations

The Winkler Flyers are thrilled to announce that Tyler Hildebrand has been hired as the team’s new full-time Director of Marketing and Game Day Operations.

Hildebrand joins the Flyers organization after a lengthy tenure with Golden West Broadcasting. Tyler also oversaw the rapidly growing Southern Manitoba exposure platform known as Explore Morden/ Winkler that has been taking the area by storm with their ever successful “Food Weeks”.

Tyler will be responsible for the development, execution, and continued strategic development of the Flyers business interests involving all marketing, promotion and corporate partnerships throughout the Pembina Valley.  As well as leading a passionate, dedicated Game Day Operations team to incorporate the ever growing dynamics and potential for entertainment for the Flyers fanbase.

“We are happy to have Tyler join our organization,” said Flyers General Manager Jeff Jeanson. “Tyler will bring energy, passion and fresh ideas to the sales and marketing aspect of Junior hockey in Winkler.”

“I’m excited for the opportunity to showcase our community through hockey,” said Tyler.  “I love the idea of being involved in a community-oriented hockey team that collaborates with local organizations that are making a difference in lives every day.”

“We couldn’t be more excited with the addition of Tyler to the organization,” said Justin Falk, Flyers Assistant General Manager.  “Passion for the community were centre focus in our conversations towards expanding our goals and objectives of the Junior hockey experience in the Pembina Valley.  We are fortunate to have attracted an individual of Tyler’s caliber and character and look forward to getting to work in the community.”
