FLYERS TRADE THREE FORWARDS AS FUTURE CONSIDERATIONS

The Winkler Flyers have announced the completion of three trades made during the 2014-2015 season involving future considerations. The trades include F Tanner Hepp (95) being moved to OCN, F Evan Last (95) going to Swan Valley and F Tanner Posch (95) heading to the SJHL’s Battleford North Stars.

Evan Last played two seasons in Winkler, recording 62 points (21 goals – 41 assists) in 101 regular season games. The Cloverdale, B.C. native is the future considerations in the January trade which saw F Jagger Thomas (94) and a conditional fourth round draft pick in 2016 come to the Flyers.

Tanner Hepp was acquired from the Dauphin Kings in November of 2014 and recorded three assists in 22 games with Winkler. The Thompson product is the future considerations in the trade for G Devon Fordyce (94) at the January 10th trading deadline. G Casey Parker (95) and the list rights to F Matt Bullard (98) were also sent to the Blizzard in the trade.

And finally, the Flyers have sent Tanner Posch to the Battleford North Stars (SJHL) as the future considerations for F Ryne Keller at the January 10th trade deadline. The Leduc, Alberta native recorded six points (3 goals – 3 assists) in 41 regular season games played during his one season in Winkler.
